If a Customer returns an item there will be a 15% restocking fee for any merchandise that does not come with an alternative guarantee. All returns must include a return authorization number and be arranged within 15 days of the date of sale. The Customer is responsible for all charges associated with returning the item(s) to Talon Arms. All returned items must be in new condition and include original packaging and paperwork to be eligible for return authorization. Any items that are found to be defective after use must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. All sales are final on discounted items.
